Unlike 2-way stretch fabric, which offers some stretch and recovery on some parts of the fabric, 4-way stretch offers these benefits on the cross grain (across the fabric) and length-wise. This means greater freedom of motion and durability from your garment. Our fabric’s Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) and Ultraviolet (UV) rating indicates how many units of ultraviolet radiation it blocks. Similarities can be found in the SPF (Sun Protection Factor) rating of sunscreen.Our UV and UPF garments are also treated with dye fast to protect the colour from fading as a result of exposure to sunlight.
